Adequate amount of WBC should be kept in the body to increase the ability to fight the disease (immunity power). Regular consumption of these foods does not cause WBC deficiency in the body.
Daily consumption of garlic and ginger in food is beneficial for health. Both of these contain WBCs, which boost the body’s immune system. Ginger also helps reduce inflammation in the body.
Almonds are a good source of protein and minerals. Eating 8-10 peanuts a day helps to keep the immune system strong.
The use of turmeric in vegetables is not only important for color and taste, but also for health. Turmeric protects us from various diseases like osteoporosis (bone weakness), blood pressure. The curcumin in turmeric is a good antioxidant. It boosts the body’s immune system.
Vitamin C is found in most sour fruits. Vitamin C helps increase the amount of WBC in the body. This increases the body’s ability to fight disease.
