Rabindra Dhungel, 8 october 2020. Class 12 exams, which have been postponed for six months due to covid-19, will be held after ten years. The government has given approval to all the institutes, boards, commissions, schools, universities and others to conduct the examination by following the health safety standards.
The board has prepared for the exam as soon as it got the approval from the government. Spokesperson of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Deepak Sharma, said that the 12th class examination will be held after the tenth anniversary.
The board has stated that the examination can be conducted through three or four means including the traditional system. Spokesperson Sharma said that the examination will be conducted as per the decision of the cabinet meeting.
‘The examination is being discussed with the Ministry of Education. The agenda of conducting the examination has gone to the Council of Ministers. According to the same decision, the board will move forward, ”said Chandra Mani Poudel, chairperson of the National Examination Board.
He said that there is a possibility that the examination will be conducted after ten years. Class 12 exams scheduled for April 8 were postponed due to corona infection.
