NECO Insurance is auctioning 1 million 70 thousand shares

Rabindra Dhungel, 29 september 2020. NECO Insurance Company is going to sell 1 million 70 thousand 206.84 founder shares at auction. Existing founding shareholders and other interested persons, firm companies and organizations will be able to apply for the purchase of the shares from September 8.

 

 

 

 

The minimum price of the share has been set at Rs 395. When submitting a bid, the investor will have to submit the bid with the same or higher price by October 19. Investors will have to apply for a minimum of 5,000 shares and no limit on the maximum number of shares. The sales manager of the insurance company is Sunrise Capital Limited.
