[Amazon accused of irregularities]

Rabindra Dhungel, 27 august 2020. A group of more than 2,000 online retailers in India have filed a complaint against US company Amazon. In the course of the complaint, they allege that Amazon has sided with some limited retailers.
According to Indian media, the complaint could pose a challenge to Amazon in India. US technology company Amazon is facing a complex regulatory challenge as it pledges to invest ५ 6.5 billion in India. Earlier, an investigation was ordered against Amazon in January. In January, the Competition Commission of India (CCI) ordered an inquiry into violations of competition law and discounts.
