[Microsoft has launched a video conferencing app targeting Corona]
Rabindra Dhungel, 21 august 2020. Microsoft has developed a video conferencing app with a brand new feature. Due to the physical distance caused by the corona virus epidemic, the use of video conferencing app has increased worldwide. However, as complaints continue to grow that some conferencing apps are unsafe, Microsoft has developed a video conferencing app with new features.
An app called Microsoft Teams allows up to 1,000 members to talk on a video call at once. Not only that, if the user has to make a large number of video calls, the facility is also available to connect with up to 20,000 users under View-Only. The app also has a feature called Together Mode to prevent confusion about who is speaking when connecting with multiple people at once.
This feature informs which members of the group are speaking. It is claimed to make it easier for users to communicate. Users are also allowed to send emojis during live video calling. These emojis allow you to respond to calls.
While European countries, including the United States and India, have banned the use of the app, saying it is unsafe, Microsoft has said that the app is not unsafe.
