The Champions League sure to be in August because of CoronaVirus :
The European Football Federation (UEFA) is set to host the finals of the European Champions League Football Competition 2019-20 in Istanbul, Turkey on August 29th.
A UEFA meeting has been called for this on April 23. Due to the coronavirus, all football contests in Europe are postponed. UEFA plans to play quarterfinals and semifinals in July and August. The Champions League final was postponed while the second leg was played in the second half. While the four teams from the last 16 had secured a place in the last 8, the remaining 4 games could not be done on the specified date.
The Europa League also had 2 games remaining in the last 16 of 6 games. Likewise, the Euro 2020 playoffs and the Women’s Euro 2021 selection games have also been postponed. Earlier, it had been postponed to do so at Eurocup 2021.
