RSDC MFI has proposed to distribute 12.63 percent dividend from the profit earned in the fiscal year 2076/077

Rabindra Dhungel, 11 october 2020. RSDC MFI has proposed to distribute 12.63 percent dividend from the profit earned in the fiscal year 2076/07. A meeting of the board of directors of microfinance held on September 8 proposed to distribute a total dividend of 12.63 percent to the shareholders by giving 9 percent bonus share of the paid up capital and 3.63 percent cash.

This proposal will be received by the shareholders after the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and the approval of the next general meeting of the company. After the distribution of 9 percent bonus shares, the company’s paid-up capital increased to Rs. 731.9 million. The company had distributed 6 percent bonus shares and 10 percent cash dividend from the previous year’s profit.
