Rabindra Dhungel, 11 october 2020. Google is planning to make YouTube a shopping bag soon. According to Bloomberg, YouTube has been urging creators to tag items featured in their videos for the past few days. The company said it would link the goods to shopping and analytics tools. By doing so, consumers will be able to buy everything they see on the platform.
A YouTube spokesperson told Bloomberg that YouTube is currently testing an e-commerce feature. Where all kinds of toys, gadgets and other items will be available for sale online.
