Recently, the Telecommunications Authority has given permission for the transition from Prabhu Digital Limited to Public Limited Company instead of Prabhu Digital Limited. Prabhu Digital has already amended the name Prabhu Digital Limited from the Office of the Registrar of Companies.
With the name change and public limited, the way will be opened for the company to issue public shares. The company under Prabhu Group has been operating internet service since November 22, 2074 BS with a license. In addition, the company is also operating television, IPTV / OTT services.
