Rabindra Dhungel, 9 october 2020. England have easily beaten Wales in an international friendly. England beat Wales 3-0 at home on Thursday night. Dominic Calvert Levin, Connor Koade and Danny Ings scored in England’s comfortable win. One goal was possible in the first half and two in the second half. In the fifth minute of the game at Wembley Stadium, Kiev Moore’s shot came out and Wales missed the lead.

Dominic Calvert Levin, playing his debut game in the 13th minute, lost the golden opportunity and England lost the lead. Levin scored his debut goal in the 26th minute to give England a 1-0 lead. Taking advantage of Wales’ weak defense, Levin, who has been performing well from Everton in the Premier League, managed to score a header.

In the 29th minute, Jonathan Williams’ corner kick came out of the header post of Chris Mepam. Conard Coade doubled England’s lead in the 53rd minute. He converted a free kick by captain Kieran Tripier.

Danny Ings scored in the 63rd minute to give England a comfortable 3-0 lead. Danny managed to score on an overhead kick on a pass from Tarn Mings through a header from a corner. In the 66th minute, Jack Grealis’ shot was saved by the Welsh goalkeeper. In the 70th minute, Wales goalkeeper Wiley Hennessy blocked another shot by Jack Graylis. After that no more goals were scored and England won 3-0.

Wales did not put much pressure on England’s post. England, who are in the League of Nations 2, will face Belgium on October 11 and Denmark on October 15. Wales, who are in the 4th round of League B, will play Ireland on October 11 and Bulgaria on October 15.
