Today is the last day to apply for shares of Gurans Life Insurance
By Rabindra Dhungel, 6 October 2020. The deadline to apply for the auctioned shares of Gurans Life Insurance Company expires today. Applications for the auctioned shares will be available within the banking period on Monday.
The company had sold 3,37,565 ordinary shares and 2,52,449 unsold shares in a total of 590,014 shares in the auction since September 30.
The minimum price of the share is Rs. Since 100 is specified, bidding will have to be done with the same or more price. The same person or company will have to submit separate sealed application for purchase of shares at different prices.
While bidding, applications can be submitted for a minimum of 100 lots or more for a number divided by 10 digits or for a maximum of 337,565 lots for the founders and 252,449 lots for the general public. The sales manager is NMB Capital Limited.
