Tata unveils micro SUV HBX
Rabindra Dhungel, 5 october 2020. Tata’s micro SUV Tata HBX has once again appeared in the test. The company had unveiled the concept version of Auto Expo 2020. Looking at the picture of the vehicle based on the Alpha platform, Tri Aero styling has been used.
The Tata HBX is a mini SUV. The final model of the vehicle will be similar to its concept model. The SUV has split headlamps on the front, flat bonnets and plastic cladding on the doors. There will also be a rear mount spoiler, a tailgate like a concept car and a compact taillight.
The interior of the vehicle was also seen at the Auto Expo. The Tata SUV features a flat bottom steering wheel, a Part 9 digital 7-inch instrument console, automatic climate control and a 7-inch free standing infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
Tata’s small SUV has a 1.2-liter, three-cylinder petrol engine. Which is also in Tiago and Ultras. The engine generates 85 bhp of power and 110 Nm of torque.
