Sorting of ‘Indian Idol 12’ started from October 1

This time too, Himesh Reshammiya, Vishal Dadlani and Neha Kakkad are participating in the George panel. On this occasion, singer Neha Kakkad has posted a video related to Indian Idol, in which Neha is seen with the other two judges of the show. Posting this video, Neha has written the caption, ‘Same R Back’.
Judge Vishal Dadlani also shared a photo of himself sitting on the set and captioned it, ‘Indian Idol 12 Day 1’.
Due to the Corona epidemic, the first audition was held digitally this season. Interested contestants had to upload songs to the Sony Live app. The selected contestants have been invited for the studio round. The contestant selected from the virtual audition has been brought to Mumbai by the Idol team. After being kept in safe quarantine for a few days, they will be made to participate in sorting. Unlike other reality shows, this time Indian Idol 12 will not have live viewers.
