Therefore, the body needs essential nutrients from various foods. Every food has different nutrients. Just as grains and potatoes are rich in nutrients, fruits and vegetables contain other nutrients. Thus the body needs a variety of foods for essential nutrients. A balanced diet helps keep the body healthy and vibrant. It enhances the body’s immune system and protects the body from various diseases.

According to nutritionists, a balanced diet is a diet or diet that contains adequate amounts of fluids, micronutrients, calories and other nutrients, the intake of which helps to maintain overall health. Generally, a balanced diet includes grains, fruits, fish, vegetables, dairy products, and oils of all kinds.

Water also plays an important role in keeping the body healthy. Generally, a healthy adult is advised to consume at least eight to ten glasses of water a day. Starchy foods such as corn, wheat, rice, and potatoes are sources of energy. It is also a source of fiber, calcium, iron and other important vitamins. Vegetables and fruits are rich sources of fiber, vitamins and minerals, which strengthen the body’s immune system.

Variety of vegetables and fruits is also considered important in the diet. Fatty oils should be used in moderation. Fat is needed to keep the body healthy. Mustard oil, sunflower, corn oil are among the fats. Milk, yogurt, cheese and other dairy products are considered to be good sources of vitamin D, calcium and protein. All these nutrients are needed to strengthen bones and strengthen teeth.

Milk contains a lot of fat because it is frozen. Therefore, doctors advise to consume extracted milk. Similarly, fish, meat, eggs, fruits, pulses and soybeans are considered a good source of protein. Iron is also considered a good source of other minerals and vitamin K. Soybeans and nuts contain a variety of nutrients. It plays a key role in strengthening the immune system, especially in building and repairing muscles and cells.
