Rabindra Dhungel, 25 september 2020. Parking is normal. But parking in a place with a lot of vehicles is also a skill. Many vehicles currently use the Park Assist system, which allows vehicles to be parked without touching any other vehicle or nearby objects.
The sensors on the front or rear of the vehicle are the technology that plays a key role in park assist. These sensors immediately detect if there is an object nearby while moving the vehicle forward or backward and make a beeping sound. The rear camera plays a supporting role.
The camera also sends a video feed to the infotainment system in the cockpit of the car. The camera is wide and often placed at a low angle, which allows it to reach great depths and provide visibility.
This helps the driver to look at the rear and stop at a certain place. Thus, the combination of Edible and Visible Assistance system is in Park Assist system.
