Deepak Agrawal, vice-president of Jagdamba Motors, the official distributor of TVS bikes and scooters, said the scooter was currently the best-selling. He said that the scooter has established a distinct identity in the short time it has entered the Nepali market.
TVS Entourage was first unveiled at the NADA Auto Show 2018. This is the first smart connect technology scooter for the Nepali market. That is why the company has called it the first sporty smart scooter in Nepal.
In the next phase, disc and drum variants as well as race editions have been made available in the Nepali market. Agrawal informed that the Yellow Color Edition is also planned to be launched in the Nepali market in the coming days. According to Agarwal, this is a full package scooter.
It has different features of power, style and racing ability. It can be navigated using smart connect technology according to the map of Nepal. While launching for the Nepali market for the first time, Antarct customers had the opportunity to meet the Indian rapper King Badshah at the Street Festival organized by Jagdamba Motors at Durbar Marg.
Jagdamba Motors has selected Pradip Khadka and Swasti Khadka as the brand ambassadors of Antark Scooter. He had participated in various programs across the country. The last to enter the TVS Entourage Race Edition has LED DRL and LED headlamps. It also has a hazard light, which can be enabled by a red hazard switch. Along with the vibrant checkered flag graphics on the scooter, ‘Race Edition’ reflects its racing pedigree. Designed specifically for young riders, the scooter is based on the TVS racing platform.
The scooter is fitted with a 125 cc three valve engine. In which you do not feel tired while traveling. The Antarctic has a dual color tone, which adds sparkle to the scooter’s look and makes the design look sporty. Some of the features available in it are kind of weird to hear. Unique in the sense that scooters were not previously provided with smart features, which can be found in Antarctica. Racing data, lap time, fuel label, speed and engine temperature information can be seen on the screen.
Also this scooter has Bluetooth connectivity feature. After connecting to the driver’s mobile, the mobile application can be seen on the console meter. The scooter’s digital console shows where the scooter is going, where it has reached, and how far it is.
This helps the driver to be sure of the time to reach the destination. There are currently three variants of Antark scooters in the Nepali market. The drum variant is priced at Rs 214,900, the disc variant is priced at Rs 236,900 and the Race Edition is priced at Rs 248,900, according to Nepal Auto.
