Managing Director of the company Dilip Agrawal informed that the company is preparing to issue an IPO. Agrawal said that they are now preparing to issue an IPO after three years.

“In order to issue an IPO, we had to go to a public limited company. That was completed last year,” he said. “We will issue an IPO in the next three years.

He informed that they are preparing now on the basis that they can go in 3 years considering the market condition at that time.

Speaking at a webinar program organized on the occasion of the company’s 25th anniversary, Agrawal described the 25-year journey of WorldLink in detail. He said that the service is being provided in Nepal at a relatively cheap price.
