NIC Asia Bank is going to sell 39,100 founder shares of Surya Life Insurance through auction
By Rabindra Dhungel, 19 september 2020. NIC Asia Bank is going to sell 39,100 founder shares of Surya Life Insurance through auction. The bank has called for applications for the purchase of 39,100 shares per share from September 16 to September 25. Applicants will be able to apply for a minimum of 100 lots and a maximum of the entire lot.
Applicants can get the bidding application form from NIC Asia Capital, Babermahal, and NIC Asia Bank’s Corporate Office, Thapathali as well as Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Dhangadhi, Surkhet and Kamaladi branch offices by paying .
The bidder will have to deposit the entire amount of the lot in advance in the name of NIC Asia Capital in the account number 5441445102552406 of NIC Asia Bank and submit the sealed bid along with the original voucher.
As the bank will sell the shares to the highest bidder, the amount will be credited to the bank account of the applicants who have not been allotted.
