Now the company is going to release the ‘Smart Doko’ in a refined version. According to Dikesh Malhotra, chairman and chief executive officer of the company, a new version of ‘Smart Doco’ will be available to customers from October 1.
Smart Doko has already been providing services to customers through both the web version and the app, ‘said Malhotra.’ There are a lot of problems with the current system. There is a situation where it is uncomfortable for someone to use it when opening a website from a mobile. Now all the services will be user friendly. ‘He said that customers will get a lot of new things in the new app. Stating that users will get novelty when they open the site from apps, websites and mobiles, he says, “We had planned to make the new system public from the Nepali New Year.” However, it was postponed due to Karona’s inability to move forward as expected. ‘

In this case, the company has moved ahead with a plan to give the user something new. Currently, more than 20,000 products and more than a thousand brands are under Smart Doco. Among them, demand for electronics, web items, grocery items, mobile phones, beauty products and other items is the highest. He also said that the company is preparing to add more brands and products.
“We are preparing to give separate access to vendors in the new system. Through this, we are providing a facility where the vendor can keep the goods himself, if any of the goods are out of stock, he can give the information himself, if any new goods come, he can put them in the system himself, ‘he said. Previously, vendors had to provide information via email and we had to enter it into the system.
He says, ‘There is no information about the stock if someone has placed an order until the information comes through email. That has created many kinds of problems. The new system will solve that on one level. ‘
