Nepal Tourism Board is going to organize a photo competition

Rabindra Dhungel, 16 september 2020. Nepal Tourism Board is going to organize a photo competition. The board has organized a festival photo competition for some positivity and some creativity during the festival.

The board has stated that any festival or activity of Nepal or any relevant pictures can be sent online in the competition.

Participants must submit photos by November 10. Participants can participate in the competition through the Nepal Tourism Board’s photo campaign site https://photonepal.travel. The top five participants will each receive 10,000 cash prizes.

The executive head of the board, Dr. Dhananjay Regmi said that this time the photo competition was held as a photo series competition due to the enthusiastic participation in the past photo competitions.

To participate, each participant must submit at least seven different photos. It is expected to realize the enormity of Nepali festivals and expand the joint campaign to promote the country’s tourism through photos.

The Nepal Tourism Board had been holding regular hash photo Nepal exhibitions for the past four years with the objective of promoting the country’s tourism through photography.

Photo Nepal was launched in February 2016 with a photo exhibition by Tony Hagen. This effort of the board has taken the form of a regular campaign and the photo exhibition has been going on continuously for four years.

Photonepal.travel has been launched to make this campaign more comprehensive. It currently has 25,000 photos of more than 11,000 members. Anyone interested can register from a social account and participate in the competition.
