A few years ago, coconut oil was considered to be the best in terms of health. Many people declared it a superfood.
Some people claim that it is impossible to store this oil in the form of fat. However, research from Harvard University called coconut oil a “pure poison.”
This is because a person’s body cannot digest much fat. And, a lot of fat starts to accumulate in our body. Which causes health problems. For example, it causes heart disease and high blood pressure.
In the UK, government guidelines state that a man should not consume more than 30 grams of oil a day and a woman no more than 20 grams.
Also understand that oil contains fatty acid particles. Which are considered unfavorable to human health.
