[Motorcycle dealers in preparation of Dashain-Tihar offer]

The companies had come up with various offers to attract customers after the first 82-day lockdown. The customer response was also very good.


However, after the re-issuance of the injunction on August 19, all kinds of businesses were shut down in many parts of the country, including the Valley. It is mentioned in the official website of the motorcycle seller company that the old offer is still going on.


‘All the companies will come out with new offers for a decade. Such offers are likely to come out from the first week of September, ”said an operator of a motorcycle sales company.


There is a risk that other companies will bring such a product earlier than we are bringing it now. So he says it will be okay to wait until next week. The operator of another company says, “The offer after the discount lockdown may be on average, but we are preparing to bring some more offers, including service.” However, they remain fearful of how the covid infection will progress.


After the lockdown, the existing companies had given cash discounts of up to Rs 15,000, installments of up to three years and interest rates of up to zero percent. Now the companies are under pressure to come up with a new scheme that is better for the festival.


Bajaj, Honda, Yamaha, TVS, Hero, Suzuki, Vespa, Aprilia, Motorhead, Taken, MV Augusta, CF Moto, Benelli, BMW, SWM, Harley Davidson, Mahindra, KTM, Royal Infield and about 2 dozen other brands Have been distributing sales.


As electric scooters and motorcycles have also increased significantly in recent days, these companies are likely to come up with a variety of offers in the coming decades.


Most of the companies that sell motorcycles seem to have a cash discount as their priority. Cash discount will be the main part as it will easily attract customers.


It is understood that the companies are preparing offers such as cash discount of up to Rs 15,000, exchange offer, exchange bonus, helmet, 4 to 16 free service facilities, one year road tax. As 40 percent of the annual sales of motorcycles and scooters sold in Nepal are during the festive season, companies are preparing to launch aggressive offers.
