Airtel has made such an offer public to maintain its position among mobile users. The company, in collaboration with a local company called PepsiCo, has announced plans to give away free data in packets of Uncle Chips, Crispy and Doritos.
It is said that coupons with code in the packet of crisps (chips) will be given and using the coupon, Airtel customers will be able to get internet data.
With the entry of Geo Reliance into the Indian market four years ago, there has been a revolution in mobile and data. India is now not only number one in the list of countries consuming the most data in the world, India is also the world’s cheapest mobile data.
