Today we are presenting the things to pay attention to while sitting for the exam at home. Eastern University (EU) has prepared the rules to be followed by the campus / college and the examinees while conducting the examination. Here are the rules to pay attention to in the previous ‘Time Bound Home Exam’. Due to the novel corona virus (Covid-19), students are unable to attend the center and take the exam.
Under the semester system, undergraduate and postgraduate level examinations will be conducted through alternative methods. Surya Prasad Sangraula informed. East has made 7-point rules for the campus / college and 16-point rules for the examinees to follow during the examination.
Examination from the place of residence
To participate in the exam, as per the rules, one has to fill the form and get the mandatory roll number from the Examination Management Office. Students who have obtained roll number from the east will be able to take the exam from their place of residence. Candidates should send their official email to the concerned campus 10 days before the commencement of the examination. Internet, electricity, pen, four size paper etc. will have to be arranged by the examinee himself.
Not allowed to type in the answer sheet
Candidates will receive the question paper via email 15 minutes before the start of the test. Your roll number, subject, program, level, semester and page number must be written on the right side of each page of the answer sheet. The answer sheet should be handwritten by the examinee himself.
The rules issued by the former state, “If found to have been written by others, computer typed, carbon copied, copied from a book or used in any other way, such answer sheets will be automatically spoiled.” Will have to be sent to ID.
You have to reach the east of the answer book within four hours
For the ‘Time Bound Home Exam’, the East has arranged for the Central Chairperson, Assistant Chairperson, staff and support staff. The responsibility of preparing the attendance details of the examinees has been given to the concerned campus or college. The answer sheet sent by the examinee within two hours after the completion of the examination should be sent to the official email of the examination management office of the university by the concerned campus or college within four hours.
