[CPN (Maoist) Vice President Bamdev Gautam’s ‘Nepal dearer than life’]
By Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) Vice President Bamdev Gautam’s song ‘Yo Mukta Bhoomi Ho Buddha Bhoomi’ has been made public. The song, which was made public with a video some time ago, has Gautam’s words and his acting can be seen. The patriotic song has music by Shambhujit Baskota.
Roshan Raj Gurung, Mandvi Tripathi and Anjana Gurung have given voice in the song composed by Manohar Sunam. The video of the song has been shot by Dirgha Gurung and edited by Jeevan Thapa. In Gautam’s words, the songs have been made public even before this. Her songs are full of nationalism.
Besides, social, societal and cultural issues have been raised. Gautam had also participated in the competition for the national anthem of Nepal, but his song was not selected. According to Gautam, he has been interested in writing verse poems and songs from the very beginning of his life.
