[Nepal Telecom urges customers to recharge their mobiles online]

Rabindra Dhungel, 22 August 2020. Nepal Telecom has requested to lock down in different parts of the country due to the Corona epidemic and recharge mobile phones online when a restraining order is issued.

In such a situation, the availability of recharge cards may be a problem in some places, so the telco has requested to recharge online.

Telecom has said that online recharge will be more effective in terms of security in the event of an epidemic in Corona. Telecom users will be able to use various mobile wallets including e-services, wallets and cell phones for online recharge.

It will also be possible to recharge directly from the bank’s mobile app and online from Nepal Telecom’s website using a debit credit card.
