Employees of banks and financial institutions usually distributed bonuses the day after the end of the financial year or until the first week of July. In July this year, seven commercial banks have already sent their bonus to employees accounts.
Although the income and profit of the organization has decreased due to Covid-19, seven banks have given bonus to the employees. Sanima, Nabil, Investment, Mega, Siddhartha, Global IME and Prabhu Bank are among the banks that give bonuses to the employees.
An official of Kumari Bank said that the bank has planned to distribute the bonus to the employees within the summer even though it has not distributed the bonus so far.
