The examination of the Public Service Commission, which was suspended due to the lockdown issued after the Corona epidemic, will not be held immediately.
The commission has informed that it has decided not to conduct the examination immediately as the number of corona infections is increasing. The commission had been preparing for the exam only after the long-distance transport from Bhadra 1 resumed.
Spokesperson of the Public Service Commission Geeta Kumari Homagain informed that there will be no public service examination immediately as there is no comfortable situation to take the examination. She said, “The commission was making some preparations for the examination. Corona is found to be infected every day in Nepal. There is no situation to take the exam in such a case.
She mentioned that the examination will be held only when the time is appropriate. According to her, even if only one district is sealed, the examination of the commission will be stopped. Therefore, the examination should be conducted only after all the conditions are favorable. According to the commission, all technical and non-technical examinations have been postponed due to lockdown.
Similar pressure has been put on Tribhuvan University. But TU has not given any concrete notice about it. TU has informed that it will conduct its suspended exams from the third week of Bhadra. But depending on the state of the corona infection, it could be upside-down, TU claims. Currently, a ban has been increased in many districts of the country. Experts say that it is difficult for a student to take an exam with such a conditions.
